WORKSHOP POLICIES

🎟️ Transfers or Reschedule options

  • Transfer Your Seat

    If you are unable to attend the on the date you registered, you may transfer your seat to another person for the same class.
    Please email their name at least 24 hours before class start time.

    One-Time Reschedule

    If another session of the same class is available and space allows, a one-time reschedule may be approved when requested at least 2 days before the class.
    Reschedules are not guaranteed and depend on availability.


    Attendance & Cancellation Policy

    Workshops have limited seating and materials are prepared in advance.

    Late cancellations (day-before or day-of) cannot be transferred or rescheduled.

    No-shows forfeit registration.


    Emergencies

    In the event of serious illness, death in the immediate family, natural disaster, or other force majeure circumstances beyond a student’s control, exceptions may be considered at my discretion.

📅 If I Cancel a workshop

  • If a class is canceled or rescheduled by me, you may choose either:

    • A full refund, or

    • A free transfer to a future date.

⏰ Late Arrivals & No-Shows

  • Please arrive on time. Important safety instruction and demonstrations begin at the start of class.

    Students arriving more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time will not be admitted and will be considered a no-show.

    Late arrivals and no-shows are non-refundable.

💳 Rare Exceptions

  • In rare cases where a refund is approved as an exception to this policy, the refund will be issued minus credit card processing fees. These standard processing fees are not returned to me by my credit card processing company [Stripe] when a refund is issued.

  • I comply with all applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under those laws.

When you register for a class, I purchase materials and reserve a limited seat for each student. For this reason, I’m not able to offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows.
