I’ve loved creepy, spooky, wonderfully weird things for as long as I can remember. As a kid I was obsessed with Creepy and Eerie comic books, ordering strange little treasures from the ads in the back pages, and getting completely lost in that world of monsters, mystery, and imagination. Halloween has always been my favorite creative playground — from making costumes to throwing huge costume parties — and that love of dark humor, spooky charm, and over-the-top creativity never really left me.
That passion eventually led to Creepy Crafters, originally launched in 2019 as a multi-vendor Halloween marketplace. It was an exciting idea, but running a full marketplace turned into a massive tech and support beast, and eventually I shut it down. But the heart of Creepy Crafters never died. The love of spooky art, Halloween nostalgia, and playful darkness kept pulling me back.
So Creepy Crafters is officially coming back — but in a leaner, smarter way. This time, it will primarily feature my own art and creations, with the possibility of licensing select work from other artists. I don’t have a launch date yet, but if you’d like to follow along and see where this goes, I’d love to keep you in the loop. Join the mailing list and stay updated at CreepyCrafters.com. Things are about to get wonderfully creepy again.
