REFUND POLICY

All sales are final.

When you register for a class, we purchase materials and reserve a limited seat for you. For that reason, we do not offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows.

Reschedules & transfers

  • You may transfer your seat to another person for the same class—just email us their name at least 24 hours before start time.

  • If we offer another session of the same class and space allows, we may approve a one-time reschedule with 48+ hours’ notice. (Not guaranteed; availability varies.)

If we cancel
If a class is canceled or rescheduled by us, you’ll be able to choose either a full refund or a free transfer to a future date.

Late arrivals & no-shows
Arriving more than 15 minutes late or not attending is considered a no-show and is not refundable.

Exceptions
We comply with all applicable consumer laws. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under those laws.
